You can view and download the reports of specialist visits and tests through the dedicated online portal.
The radiological image acquisition service is currently unavailable. To collect your images, you must visit the counter in person.
Collecting Reports in Person
By going to the following locations respecting the indicated times.

From Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 19:00
Saturdays from 07:30 am to 12:00 pm

2nd Diagnostic Imaging Service – Floor -1
Ordinary opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 17:00 pm
Outpatient Clinic – Floor 4
Ordinary opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm
Request for Certified Copy and/or Shipping of Exams
At the IGEA Nursing Home it is possible to request:
- Reprinting copies in conformity with the original
- The delivery to your home of medical reports and/or certified copies of all services performed at our facility
Home delivery has a fixed cost of €20,00 (if in Lombardy) and €35,00 (if outside the region).
Payment for the requested services must be made by bank transfer, indicating the reason for sending the test and the name of the patient.
How to request a certified copy and/or shipping:
- In person directly to the outpatient reception staff, who will fill in the form and collect the relevant fees Costs.
- By email, by filling out the appropriate form and sending it to the address batteturareferti@casadicuraigea.it with a copy of the patient's identity document and receipt of the bank transfer attached.

- For outpatient services (specialist visits and diagnostic tests), please use the form: Outpatient duplicate request
- For outpatient and hospitalization macro-activity services (e.g., cataracts, carpal tunnel syndrome, MAC, etc.), please use the form: Request for copy of medical records/health documentation

Please remember that the copy of the bank transfer receipt must be attached to the request email together with the patient's identity documents, this will allow us to speed up the management of the practice. Upon receipt of the requested documentation, Casa di Cura Igea undertakes to provide for the preparation and/or any shipment requested by you within the times indicated on the form.
